16 September 2004

After over a year of blood, sweat, tears, and yes buttsex. Forever In December's low profile career has come to an end. Yes, no more of Crosby's tiger... no more of Martin's phallic guitar positions... no more of Griff's donkey sex (on stage that is) and no more of Lambert's over-powering body odour. The split is due to different paths, Crosby and Lambert going to university, Martin taking a gap year and Griff entering the big bad world of work. The band deny any bad feelings towards one another although in a recent statement members stated 'Lambert has alot to answer for'. Members were vague when it came to giving reasons but made it clear that they 'don't like his face'.I for one will miss the pre-gig rituals (which never actually happened at gigs),  footskating, flashball, toaster sex, preparing for our first gig, Deano being out of time, oven sex, Deano and Bev (what a cute couple), Firman's managment, Will's accounting, hoover sex, mask sex, playing with no trousers on (well I enjoyed seeing the others half naked anyway) and of course last but never least, pissing off Firman ... there's too much to mention. Anyway how very emo of me.

The band would like to say thank you to everybody that came to see us, everyone that supported us along the way and all of the past members from Narcoleptic to FiD (although most off these didn't turn up)... all the bands we have played with, that guy who approved of my watch the other day, Griff's hat, Adam Rednall and Parrafinalien, Earth Studios, that woman who ran Ranworth village hall- she put up with alot of shit.

A big FUCK YOU to that twat who pissed in the towel dispenser at Ranworth, Decadence- you're talentless and you make me want to spew my fucking guts... the drummer that is... and the singer is rather irritating... the rest of you learn to play your instruments, PJ- figure of greed and corruption, the Yarmouth council- same goes for you, Kerrapp, Big Phil- oooh I wonder why you were chucked out of Emma's Dilema- That's right your a loud mouthed cunt, Mr Cator, the police for repeatedly turning up, the people who complained about the noise WE KNOW WHO YOU ARE.

So long and thanks for all the help (if you're on the 'fuck you' list that's to be taken sarcastically)  Martin

Mr Lambert has been harbouring stolen albums in his CD collection. Former members of the band 'Forever In December' have recently given information to the press concerning their missing possessions. Martin is missing his Glassjaw and Fat Music albums... Crosby has gone months without seeing his Funeral For A Friend album and according to a recent press statement, Griff is waiting in hope for 'a few computer games'. Lambert has been holding these items to ransom for over a year now. If anyone has any information please contact our messageboard.

Thank you to everyone who came down the Marquee on wednesday night, we thought we played pretty well. Cheers to 'Luke's Whisk' too, great rapping song, they were great as usual. Since every band we have played with to date has split up I'm still waiting for 'Luke's Whisk' to go their separate ways. Sorry to anyone who came down expecting to see 'Rainy Daze', they had to cancel at the last minute but we appreciate the effort they went to to try to make it happen. Martin

Yo yo yo, homies. Our gig has been moved to AUGUST 11th with Luke's Whisk and Rainy Daze. It's 2 pounds a head to cover P.A. expenses etc. So get on down to our funky groove or face the consequences (Griff's phallace). Martin

Photos from monday night are now on the 'photos' page (below Griff's dodgy doodles). Reviews from the night are now on www.battleofthebands.co.uk. Having had time to reflect on the night I'm unsure about getting through to the next round, purely for the fact that we have just one original. We're going to have to get more down in the near future. Martin FiD

Bad news. It turns out our gig with Hijacked Mojo at the Ferryboat on May 18th isn't going ahead because of some problems with their gig arranger or something. Make sure you catch us in less than two weeks at the atlantis arena in Yarmouth May 10th! Martin FiD
